4Ps build on what health and social care staff do already
and what they can do differently
so providers, users and community all contribute to decisions

Our methods begin by getting staff to identify how well they involve patients and community in decisions.
Using their own assessment we explore relevant areas where they can build on their existing work, improve other areas
and build in motivation for continuous improvement by creating virtuous cycles.

We work with high as well as low performing Practices and Departments to improve performance outcomes.

With Patient Friendly Assessment they have a tool that provides an incentive to build on their good practices and enables them to track improvements.
The result is that patients and staff both benefit from the process.

The final outcome, from our training in hundred of sessions, is staff feeling better about themselves, appreciating how involving patients is not just
something they should do but, done well, can contribute to improvements in care, more satisfied patients and happier staff.
