Cost guidelines Our standard consultancy fee is £900 per consultant, per day plus expenses. This is not a cost effective basis for development work and involves us in considerable administration. We offer value for money fixed fee packages to agreed outcomes and timescales. Single workshops start at £650.Programmes run with a maximum number of 20 people and cost in the region of £1600 per session. Three, half day, sessions for Trust Boards cost £5000. Topic workshops, maximum 30 participants, cost £3000 Please note: These cost guidelines cover delegates’ educational materials, speakers and facilitated learning. Travel and other expenses for facilitators may be additional. Costs of venue, equipment, refreshments, reimbursement of expenses, locum and backfill costs for participants to be borne by the commissioning location.
