A special programme is run for those working on Trust Boards. Each session is tailored to the needs of participants. The agenda may include work on
• issues of representation and selection
• practical steps to match aspirations
• past failures and what was learnt
• locating how public involvement can help the Trust meet its goals.
Participants go on to support departments and practices who undertake the longer development programmes.
